Priority Membership
The Priority Membership follows on from our previous Waitlist.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are on our older waitlist system, you won’t loose your place on the waitlist and your full waitlist deposit goes towards the price of your pup. You will receive notifications of upcoming litters at the same time as our Priority Membership, and selection priority is still time based.
How Our Priority Membership Works
Priority membership gives you the opportunity of early selection of the pups when they are first put up on our website. If you appreciate the extra care, training, love and quality with a Cider Fields pup, then become a Priority Member.
Priority Membership lasts 18 months. During that time, you will have several opportunities to select a pup, in each of the size brackets. Priority membership is $27 and non-refundable. It does not go towards the price of the pup.

Once you have joined, we will contact you to make sure that the attributes you are looking for in a pup are suitable for your situation, and to let you know which pups or litters will be a suitable Match.
Priority Membership is like a queue to reserve a puppy. The first people to join will have earliest selection of the pups. As they select pups, you move up the queue. Your place in the queue is determined by the time your Priority Membership payment lands.
At 6 weeks of age, puppys are vaccinated, microchipped, and vet health checked by our vet.
They are then photographed, and put up on our website. Waitlist and Priority Members will be emailed the password, enabling you to go to our site and select your pup.
When you find the pup you would like to welcome to your family, send us details of the pup, and we will contact you at the end of the password protected day. As long as there isnt a person wanting the same pup who was earlier on the Priority list than yourself, puppy will be held for you, so we can invoice and you can make payment on the invoice. We can have a chat about puppys temperament and characteristics, and you can meet puppy via FaceTime or WhatsApp, or we can send a video of puppy to you. Please remember that part of our guarantee is that puppy is a good match for your home.
Pups will just be visible to Waitlist and Priority Members who have the password, for the first day. After that pups will be visible to anyone who visits our site.
ABOUT US
We are a small scale but very fastidious professional breeder, full time for the last 8 years, and based near Toowoomba in QLD. Our dogs enjoy a spacious, clean facility, and the best of love and attention. Our person to litter ratio is many times higher than that of most breeders, to ensure your pup receives lots of play time and interaction each day. The parents of our pups spend most of their time with their own forever guardian family, and come back to us to whelp and raise their pups. We provide excellent care for our dogs, and are frequently helped by vet students who come to us for practical placements.
Puppy parents are genetically and health tested, and part of our written guarantee is that our pups are free of tested genetic diseases. We are both Govt and Council licensed. In addition we are members of the PIAA, requiring top standards and regular vet audits, and were the runners up in the Breeder of Excellence Awards.

OUR PUPS
As well as being great family dogs, we have pups working in therapy, support and assistance roles. With basic training, pups learn to chill out in your home, while loving to play and be good exercise companions outdoors. Our dogs tend to be adoring, intuitive and patient with children, and so far have gotten on well with other pets in the family.
Our pups become part of our family while they are here, and we love seeing photos and hearing of their exploits as they grow into valued members of your family. We look forward to welcoming you to our extended family of puppy parents.
EARLY DEVELOPMENT
Pups are born in our home and we love seeing them develop quickly over the first few weeks. From 3 - 16 days of age, our pups do BioSensor Training (Early Neurological Stimulation), then continue with lots of play, socialising and many elements of the Puppy Culture Program, making a huge difference in the life of the pups and their families.
Early socialising takes advantage of an opportunity that only exists for the first 12 - 16 weeks of a puppy’s life, and shapes their lives forever. It is time intensive, however the results make it very worth while.
Once pups get older and want to explore, they have a climate controlled indoor area plus a large outdoor artificial turf run, with lots of toys changed daily.
Puppy surrounds are kept spotless with 3 x daily cleaning and feeding.
Pups spend time in our garden, running around with us, and become confident pups. They enjoy a fully supplemented, top quality diet, helping ensure the best start possible to their lives.
PUPPY PRICING
We aim for pups to be excellent value, with lots of information on our website about preparing for your puppy, diet, training, grooming. We are here for the life of your dog, and provide a lifetime home guarantee with all our pups. Your pups will come to you microchipped, vet health checked, on a 6 month desexing agreement, with our Guarantee, and vaccinated with their first Protech C3 vaccination. Pups leave with a litter-scented blanket, collar and lead, and other items to get you off to a good start.
Pups are individually priced from $4800, depending on litter, coat, colour (Red pups and miniature caramels are more) etc. We very occasionally have a pup at a reduced price, so let us know if you would like to be on the waitlist for a lower priced pup. Payment can be by Eft, Cash or Credit Card. Credit car fees apply if you choose to pay with those.
We are trying to keep our prices reasonable, in this time with costs escalating for us during covid. However as with any business, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes over time and to cover increased costs. Please note that at the moment there are interstate labradoodles selling for twice the price we have kept ours at.
TIMING
We have litters coming through now (May 2022), however if you are very specific then you may have a slightly longer wait. The sooner you become a Priority Member, the sooner you will be choosing your new family member.
Very occasionally we have a situation where someone has an urgent need for a dog for assistance purposes. We retain the right to supply earlier if there is a genuine need for health. We also retain the right to hold back from a litter for our future breeding programs.
ADOPTION PROCESS
If you love our dogs, and know what you want in a pup, then being a Priority Member gives you a correspondingly early choice. The more open you are with regards to colour, gender, litter etc, the earlier we can help you.
Membership Fee
The Priority Member fee is $27. Bank details are at the bottom of the waitlist form below. Please put your First and Last Name in the Bank reference, thank you.
The membership fee is strictly non-refundable with the exception being if we are unable to offer you a pup within the membership time, who meets the parameters that you have put on your form, will will refund you.
FINAL Payment
Once you have selected your puppy, you will be emailed a tax invoice for puppy. Pups 6 weeks and older are invoiced in full. We hold pups for two days from selection to allow time for payment. Payment can be by EFT or credit card. Credit card payments incur 2.3% bank fees.
Extra Costs
Travel if required - at cost
Travel to Brisbane - $70 per pup (if more than one pup travelling)
Brisbane Collection
Most Thursdays we drive to Brisbane, and meeting there saves you a 5 1/2 hour return drive.
Interstate Travel
Despite COVID lockdowns, we are still able to arrange travel for pups interstate, with a few minor interruptions and flexibility required.
Due to the work we put in to our pups, they are generally confident and relaxed about travelling. They are able to travel once they reach 8 weeks of age.
We arrange the travel, and it is invoiced to you.
Boarding and delayed pick ups
Although we love having pups here, once the rest of the litter leaves, we need to juggle accommodation and a buddy for them, clean, feed, snuggle, groom, exercise, all of which takes time. Therefore, if pick up is delayed beyond one week after the rest of the litter, there is a charge of $40 per day which includes boarding, food, cleaning, exercising and play times. It does not include training. If the delay is from flight delays or COVID restrictions, then we do not charge.
Guarantee
Our pups come with a 3-year written health guarantee, and a lifetime rehoming policy. We can email this to you on request.
COVID
With COVID, we are taking extra precautions. Our preference is for you to meet puppy on FaceTime or whatsapp. We have been self isolating to avoid catching the virus or bringing it to our place and are being are extremely cautious. You are welcome for one person only to visit your pup once it reaches 6 weeks (eyes open and running around) of age, however we will ensure social distances are kept at more than 2m, from both us and pups.
